Treatment without drugs
There are 5 methods of non-drug treatment: bloodletting, moxibustion, compresses, baths, massage. Non-medicinal methods also include methods such as relaxation, yantra yoga methods, contemplative transformation of the body-speech-thought complex.
For wind disorders:

Massage;

Moxibustion.

For bile disorders:

Bloodletting;

Water treatments, compresses with a bottle of cold water.

For mucus disorders:

Hot compresses;

Moxibustion.

Bloodletting
Appointment. Bloodletting is indicated for widespread fever, confused fever, fever from infection, swelling and edema, certain blood diseases, shingles, lymph disease, leprosy, as well as diseases of the liver, spleen, mouth, eyes, head, and some other diseases.

Contraindications. Bloodletting is not allowed during exhaustion, during pregnancy, after childbirth, with stomach tumors, with a decrease in the fiery heat of the stomach, in children under 16 years of age and the elderly.

The Tibetans use 77 main and 13 additional points on the blood, bile and lymph channels, where bloodletting is performed, and 112 main and a number of secondary places and channels where bloodletting is unacceptable. These places are called "vulnerable": their damage painfully affects the whole body.

Application. The theory and method of phlebotomy are very complex and only a very experienced healer can perform the phlebotomy procedure. He must distinguish well between diseases in which bloodletting is used, and those in which it is unacceptable. To do this, he must be fluent in the art of making a diagnosis, have a good knowledge of nosology. It is also necessary to distinguish between diseases in their temporal sequence, since the use of bloodletting for "immature disease" is not allowed.

The healer must prepare the patient's body for bloodletting: using special means to separate bad blood from good and blood from the wind.

For bloodletting, special instruments made of special alloys are used. The secrets of making tools were passed on from master to master.

It is necessary to be proficient in the technique of bloodletting. It varies depending on which vessel it is from. In general, what is called "bloodletting" includes not only bloodletting from the veins, from the arteries, but also the removal of unhealthy lymph from the lymphatic vessels.

Finally, knowledge and skills are needed to care for the patient at the end of the procedure. You should also be aware that excessive, inadequate and unskilled bloodletting can lead to the most serious consequences. The healer must be very careful not to make mistakes, and also to know the signs of a beneficial effect on the patient's body of the procedure.

Moxibustion
Tibetan healers rarely use acupuncture. Apart from other therapeutic measures, it is indicated mainly for diseases of a neuropsychic nature.

In other cases, acupuncture is used as a completing treatment. To do this, use special needles and apply a special technique.

Moxibustion is another matter. It is prescribed for a decrease in the heat of the stomach, the formation of edema and tumors, gout, swirling of lymph in the joints of the extremities, with dizziness due to wind diseases, with a disorder of the musculoskeletal system, neuropsychic diseases and severe pain.

For cauterization, special cones of different sizes are used, made from edelweiss and a small amount of nettle. The size of the cone can vary from the size of the upper phalanx of the thumb to the size of a dry pea, depending on the disease.

The places where moxibustion is performed are called sanming by the Tibetans.

Types of sungming:

Disease sites - places of arthritic swirls of lymph in the joints, external tumors, edema; places where pain is felt when pressed, and relief is felt when the pressure is stopped; places around edema, growths, malignant wounds;

The sites of moxibustion, which are additionally known to the healer, are places associated with the channels of circulation of wind, bile, mucus, blood, lymph.

Moxibustion technique. First of all, with the help of emetics and laxatives, toxins that have entered the body along with food are removed from the patient's body. Then the place chosen by the healer is prepared, a cone of edelweiss is placed on it and set on fire.

There are clear rules for cauterization with one or more cones. The duration of the procedure depends on the disease. It is not difficult to check how correctly the moxibustion is performed: if it is done on the back, then with the right choice of the place for moxibustion, the heat should be felt from the front, and, accordingly, vice versa. At the end of the procedure, there should be no pain at the site of moxibustion - this is the main sign that moxibustion has been beneficial.

After the moxibustion, the remnants of the ash are cleaned off, and the burned place is smeared on top with a mixture of butter and salt. It is not recommended to drink cold water or wine at night after moxibustion.

If moxibustion is carried out according to all the rules, it has a beneficial effect on the flow of wind and blood. Excessive wind is suppressed, heat of the stomach and body is generated. The pains disappear, memory is strengthened, the digestive process improves, edema disappears.

Among the methods of Tibetan medicine, the Mongolian moxibustion method is widespread. It is used for such wind diseases as sudden fainting, dizziness, confusion, severe cardiac arrhythmia, insomnia, tinnitus, etc. This method has practically no drawbacks and is very effective.

Mongolian moxibustion technique. Thoroughly grind the caraway seeds, add the ground nutmeg to them and mix. Take two spools (one - 2 g, the other - 0.37 g), wrapped in linen cloth and boiled in mustard oil. The hot composition is applied to the lunsan sites. In Mongolia, instead of spools, they take a small piece of old, yellowed felt, warm it in hot vegetable oil and apply it to the lunsan places. The felt should be as hot as it can be tolerated. The main thing is that there are no burns. Lonsan locations:

The crown of the head, namely, a depression, when pressing on which pain is felt;

The back of the head - 4 fingers down from the crown;

The secret place is 4 fingers up from the front of the hair;

The gap between the two nipples;

First vertebra (counting starts from the 7th cervical);

Cervical vertebra;

7th vertebra;

Palms and feet.

Keep in mind! This method of cauterization is used only in cases of diseases of the wind group and in no others.

In case of urinary retention, a hot compress is applied to the lower abdomen from the sediment of ghee with pigeon droppings.

For pain in the limbs due to lymph disease, a hot compress from sheep dung boiled in wine is used.

Attention! Compresses are contraindicated in diseases of mucous edema, leprosy, dropsy, obesity, smallpox, skin rashes, after eating.

Baths
In Tibetan medicine, baths are prescribed from the waters of natural hot and cold springs and reservoirs, as well as artificial baths.

Baths are prescribed for gout, rheumatism, constriction of the limbs due to edema of the legs, with articular tumors and edema; with lameness caused by dysfunction of the white channels; with sagging muscles; with the formation of nodes in the channels due to a decrease in their heat; with curvature of the lumbar canals; with diseases of the skin and lymph; with old wounds; with some congenital blood diseases; with intoxication; with tumors and edema due to wind disorders; with deterioration of pigmentation and coarsening of the skin; with old, difficult to treat diseases.

When using for baths both natural waters and natural sources and reservoirs, and specially prepared waters with the use of various medicinal ingredients, it is necessary to adhere to a number of strict rules, which partially vary in each case. Procedures can only be carried out by a healer, and therefore we will not dwell here on the rules for the use of healing baths. If used incorrectly, the consequences can be very sad, so in no case should you do them yourself.

Massage
Massage in Tibetan medicine refers to the application of methods of rubbing, kneading and tapping after the skin is oiled with old butter, sesame oil, animal fat, or medicinal substances.

* A woman needs almonds. Add 1 teaspoon of cold-pressed almond oil to your food every day. It is believed to lower cholesterol levels and detoxify the body. Your skin will always stay healthy and radiant. You can use sesame oil in the same way, which is also beneficial for the female body.

* Bananas and raisins contain potassium, which women need to maintain a good mood. A woman needs to eat a banana a day. Also try eating 10 raisins every morning and every evening at 4 pm.

* Garlic, onion and ginger are three roots that are important in yogic nutrition. In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, they are called the "triple root" and help make your yoga practice more productive. It is believed that onions cleanse the blood, ginger is good for the nervous system, and garlic is an excellent means of improving digestion, as well as a good natural antibiotic.

* Eat five peeled almonds a day. They will prevent contamination of the body. Soak the nuts overnight and it will be easy to peel them off in the morning. Almonds should always be peeled, unless a woman is menstruating, as almond peels are a natural astringent.

* Rice bran syrup and lecithin are excellent nutritional supplements. Chili and chili peppers help fight depression.

* A woman needs rest for good digestion, as well as moderate physical activity, such as walks, during which the digestive and excretory organs are massaged. After a meal, a 10-minute rest is recommended so that the body's attention is switched to digestion.

* Digestion starts in the mouth and you will never have any digestive problems as long as you chew every bite of food at least 60 times before you swallow it. How you swallow food is also important. Calmly focus your energy on eating, rather than swallowing it while running.

* Yogis prefer Sattvic food: simple, clean and healthy. Avoid the consumption of processed foods and chemical additives, preservatives and colors. For women, the ideal food is that it is excreted from the body within 18 hours. The meat stays in the digestive tract for too long and may start to rot. This can create conditions for colon cancer to occur. It's not what you eat that matters, but how you digest food and empty your intestines.

* Fennel seed tea (just boil fennel seeds in water for a few minutes) is great for improving digestion and relieving gas.

In order to understand the methods of dealing with the "cold", remember that "cold" accumulates in the human body during the cold season. During the winter season, the kidney-bladder system is activated in it. At the same time, "cold" enters the body through the kidney system. This makes a person grow old.
All cultures had their own preventive methods that strengthen the body and prevent the accumulation of "cold" in it. The easiest way is, of course, warming up: bathing in hot springs or at least in a barrel of hot water. In Russian culture from time immemorial there has been a bath and stove tradition. Warming up in a bath, a sauna or on a Russian stove helps the body to cope with the cold. A birch broom strengthens the buds. The active principle of these leaves can also be introduced into the body in different ways. In herbal medicine, they are brewed and drunk as a diuretic. And in the steam room, you can attach a birch broom to your face and inhale its aroma, imagining during a slow exhalation that you are directing energy from the smell of leaves to the kidney area. You can beat yourself with a birch broom on a heated body while washing in a bath: this way you will introduce into your body the active principle of its leaves through the skin. And you can enhance the effect of a birch leaf using energy work techniques. To do this, it is enough to attach a broom to the lower back in the region of the kidneys and imagine that the sensations from this broom pass into the body and are concentrated in the region of the kidneys. So the structure of birch leaves will be introduced directly into the buds - at the energy level. It turns out that in the Russian bath we use all three possible methods of influencing the body: physical (heating), chemical (through the skin and smell) and energy (through the idea that we are introducing the healing energy of birch into the kidney area). Thus, the tradition of steaming in winter with a birch broom is absolutely true.
There are also such cultures in which, due to natural conditions, there is no sauna and stove tradition. For example, in the highlands of Tibet, trees do not grow, so there is not enough firewood there. But Tibetan medicine has its own methods of dealing with the "cold". Various preparations are used to warm the body in this area, among which one of the simplest and most effective is the composition "Three hot". It includes ginger, black pepper and long pepper. All three components are taken in equal parts and mixed. A glass of water is brought to a boil and the resulting mixture is added to it at the tip of a teaspoon. It is boiled over low heat for about 5 minutes. Then the mixture is infused a little, filtered and drunk. Three Hot is a very effective remedy for the onset of a cold. Drink this broth hot before bedtime. As a result of its action, you can feel a wave of heat in the body. "Three hot" is useful to drink and prophylactically. For example, in the morning on the prepared composition, you can brew coffee or brew tea. The presence of spices (ginger and pepper) will give your morning drink a special flavor, and the body will receive good support in the fight against the "cold".
The notion of "heat" and "cold" as an aggressive effect of the environment required finding methods that would increase the body's resistance to such effects. Since excessive "heat" or "cold" leads to destruction, that is, to aging, the methods that help the body to maintain the constancy of the internal environment contribute to the inhibition of aging processes.

Hello! My grandmother was a wonderful person. And she always told me that taking care of your own health should always be the first priority. As a child, I did not understand this, which terribly upset my grandmother, because the same cold was a common occurrence in our house. Grandma has been gone for many years, I grew up and only now appreciated her words.

Now I lead a healthy lifestyle, but I walked towards it for a long time. And one of the paths to it was the Tibetan gathering. Are you surprised? I also did not immediately understand why I had frequent headaches, lethargy, and poor sleep. I did not have enough vitality, as it turned out, I was so negligent about my health that he had slagging, like an old woman's.

There are many methods and ways to cleanse the body, but I initially chose a cleansing herbal tea from the pharmacy, and later I learned how to make it myself.

The collection of Tibetan monks is a tandem (association) of herbs, which are selected in such a way as not only to cleanse the body of harmful substances, but also to start the processes of regeneration and complete restoration in it. There are several options for its preparation, respectively, its chemical composition may vary.

Regardless of what herbs it is made of, the following substances useful for the body will be present in it: vitamin C; pectins; tannins; ; organic acids; flavonoids; iron; potassium; magnesium. Such a tandem is already miraculous in itself, because without them it is impossible to achieve normal functioning of the body.

Tibetan tax: composition

In the composition of such fees are mainly medicinal herbs. Of course, you can buy a ready-made collection at a pharmacy. But ideally, if possible, it is better to collect such herbs yourself, and already from them prepare this miraculous drink.

Due to the fact that we simply cannot get some Tibetan herbs, experienced naturologists have adapted the original recipes to the realities of our area. It is not difficult to create such an elixir of youth and health, you need to choose one of 3 basic recipes.

Traditional collection

This recipe for the Tibetan collection is used by monks not only to cleanse the body, but also to treat a number of diseases.

For its preparation, immortelle, string, cumin, eucalyptus, celandine, valerian root, linden, chamomile flowers, oregano, thyme, angelica root, calendula, centaury, sage, coltsfoot, mint, nettle, plantain, calendula, pine buds, caddie.

Herbs must be purchased (if they have not prepared themselves) in dried form and in equal quantities. Usually taken in a 100-gram pack. Despite the fact that the plants in the pharmacy are sold already crushed, they need to be mixed and further crushed. This will give the mixture a more uniform composition. Store this collection in a closed container.

It is used not only for ingestion, but also for a cleaning bath. A couple of tablespoons of the finished mixture is poured with two liters of boiling water and infused overnight. It is best to use a thermos for this. After that, strain and drink, following the scheme - 1 glass every hour and always on an empty stomach.

To make cleaning faster and more effective, some add buckthorn root to the composition.

Important! The infusion works best when it is warm.

Simplified collection

Despite the fact that it contains much less herbs, it also has excellent cleansing and strengthening properties. In addition, it perfectly removes salts from joints and actively cleanses the liver. Those who drank it say that there is no better remedy for rejuvenating the body.

It contains chamomile flowers, birch buds, strawberry roots and leaves, St. John's wort and immortelle. All herbs need to be taken in 70-100 grams.

Application is similar to the previous version of the infusion: dry, grind, mix. You can maintain the previous scheme of use, or you can drink it like tea, which is prepared from a tablespoon of the collection, brewed in a liter of boiling water. Drink three times a day in a glass. On average, the course of treatment is from 2.5 to 3 months of daily intake of the infusion. This allows you to completely cleanse the body of slagging and toxins.

So, the morning reception of the infusion is best done on an empty stomach, sometimes with a teaspoon of honey. You need to have breakfast in at least 30-40 minutes. It is best to eat porridge with vegetables, which will enhance the cleansing of the body.

In the evening, they drink the infusion no earlier than a couple of hours after the last meal. better not to add. Drink warm. In addition to the correct use of the infusion, you need to adhere to certain restrictions in the diet. Give up fatty meat and products from it, sausages and semi-finished products are also prohibited. You can't:

  • confectionery, muffins and white bread;
  • soda, coffee and artificial tea;
  • dairy products with artificial ingredients and starch;
  • butter and its derivatives;
  • all instant products, be it cereals, soups or pasta;
  • alcohol.

How to accept and what is not clear, but what should the diet consist of during the guillemot period? It should be dominated by dishes from lean meat and fish, vegetables and fruits, nuts, natural fermented milk products, vegetable soups, broths, etc. It is important not only what to eat, but also how. We eat fractionally, at least 5-6 times a day in small portions.

Duration of admission

There are many different landmarks, but I will express the one that I personally tested. Moreover, the reviews about him are the best of both patients and healers. Every morning, urine should be collected in a transparent, clean glass container. After collecting, leave it for 5-10 minutes and then inspect it. It often contains impurities, suspensions, sand. It can be cloudy with an unpleasant odor and color, and even blotches of blood.

Important! The treatment can be finished when the urine becomes clear, clear, straw-colored with a normal characteristic odor.

Healers recommend coordinating the course of admission with your age. If you are under 40, then usually one course per year is enough, but after that you need to select everything individually. But usually this is a two-month course with a scheme for 10 days we drink, 10 days we rest. And, most importantly, we monitor our well-being.

Often, many people quit taking in the first days of using the infusion, when all diseases and problems of the body are aggravated. You need to wait literally a week, and then the situation is getting better. But if the state of health remains poor for more than a week, then the reception should be stopped and urgently seek medical help.

Herbs not only benefit us, but can also cause significant harm to our health. That is why you should not decide on such a step on your own without consulting an experienced specialist.

Contraindications and side effects

It is categorically impossible to drink the infusion for people who have an individual intolerance to any of its components. Sometimes healers simply remove a component from the collection, so it is very important to prepare it yourself. It is taken with caution during pregnancy and lactation. Moreover, a nursing mother is not recommended to use any cleansing agents, because with milk they are transmitted to the baby.

If you have a chronic illness associated with the stomach or kidneys, especially stones in them, then the Tibetan collection is contraindicated for you. Anemia, viral disease and problems with the lymphatic system prohibit the intake of the infusion, until complete recovery.

Important! Before consuming any of the Tibetan recipes, you need to go through a full physical examination and consult your doctor.

The first week of use, the collection is most often characterized by an exacerbation of all chronic diseases. Very often patients are tormented by dizziness, headaches, nausea, and sometimes vomiting. In some cases, side effects may be individual. This reaction of the body indicates that the collection has begun an active work on cleansing.

Everything is going as it should, but in order to alleviate the situation, you can simply reduce the dose of the drug. It is better to reduce the amount of infusion per dose, rather than the amount of collection that is used to prepare it. Go straight to half the rate, gradually increasing it.

To make it convenient to control, keep a diary in which you note not only how much infusion you drank, but also what you ate and the reaction of your body. Be sure to do a control weighing at the beginning and end of the course, you will be surprised by your decrease in weight.

In the end, I want to tell you that on the second day my tongue was completely covered with a yellow bloom and was overcome by incredible diarrhea. And if the last one took place in just a couple of days, then the raid was present for another couple of weeks. After collecting, I lost 4 kg, and this was without any diets, the skin on my face cleared up, and headaches stopped bothering me.

Of course, everything is individual, but for myself I clearly decided that every spring I would cleanse my body with it after winter.
