I have already tried to make different breads in my VITEK VT-1991 ST bread machine. Now I got to individual additives. First of all, I decided to make bread with raw smoked sausage and cheese. It turned out very soft, with large pores, tasty and filling - a ready-made sandwich!

The composition of bread with sausage and cheese includes:

  • 260 ml. water;
  • 1.6 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • 1.6 tsp salt;
  • 1.6 tbsp Sahara;
  • 1 tbsp. milk powder;
  • 2 tbsp. grated hard cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped raw smoked sausage;
  • 1.5 measuring cups whole wheat flour mixture;
  • 1.5 measuring cups wheat flour;
  • 1 tsp yeast.

Method for preparing bread with sausage and cheese:

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the garlic.


Finely chop the raw smoked sausage and add it to the container to automatically add ingredients. We insert it into the lid of the bread machine.




Pour water into the mold, add vegetable oil and salt.


Through a large sieve, sift the mixture of wheat flour and whole grain flour ().


Add the prepared cheese and garlic.


Sift the wheat flour, add sugar and milk powder in different corners, make a small depression in the center of the flour and add yeast.


We place the pan in the bread machine, set the desired program (I have program 3, weight 750g, “medium” crust) and turn it on.


First, the dough is kneaded only with those products that were immediately added to the mold.


When kneading the dough again, the bottom lid of the container for automatically adding ingredients will open and the sausage will pour into the dough. To be on the safe side, as soon as the sausage spilled out, I opened the top lid of the container and used a spoon to “help” the stuck sausage remnants spill out. Now the batch is already underway with her:


After proofing the dough and baking the bread, let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, take it out...


...and you can cut it!

There are not enough words to convey all the aroma that comes from hot, fresh homemade bread. Now imagine what it smells like bread with raw smoked sausage and cheese. This is something! My family ate the loaf in an hour and a half. I baked in a Panasonic bread maker (SD-2501). The cooking time is exactly four hours, I set the crust to “medium” and the bread size is the smallest, that is, “M”.

Homemade bread with cheese and sausage can be prepared in a bread machine or oven. The delicious cheesy aroma of this bread, as well as the inclusions of raw smoked sausage in the crumb, will leave few people indifferent!

We tried the recipe for bread with cheese on a Panasonic bread machine; it was white bread with bran. The indicated volume of ingredients is designed for a loaf of bread weighing approximately 800 grams; if your bread machine cannot cope with this volume, recalculate the proportions of this recipe a little.

Ingredients:

  • Water (warm) – 330 ml.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Wheat baking flour – 420 gr.
  • Rye flour – 80 gr.
  • Salt – 2 tsp.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Instant yeast Saf-moment – ​​1.5 tsp.
  • Raw smoked sausage – 85 gr.
  • Hard cheese (Russian) – 140 gr.
  • Cooking process:

    Advice: You need to add the ingredients for baking bread according to the instructions for your bread maker (in my Panasonic, yeast and dry ingredients are loaded first, then liquid, and in my LG, it’s the other way around).

    Pour warm water into the bread machine bowl, add vegetable oil (I used odorless sunflower oil).

    In my LG HB-1001CJ bread machine, all the ingredients are added in the following order: first everything is liquid, then the bulk ingredients come.

    We measure flour (wheat and rye), sift it, add it to the bowl with water.
    Add salt, sugar, yeast.
    Cut the cheese and sausage into small cubes (I got them about 0.5 x 0.5 cm in size).

    Add cheese and sausage preparations to the bread maker bowl.
    You can also add cheese and sausage after 15 minutes, when the oven emits a BIP-BEEP (or put it in a special dispenser, as in Panasonic models).

    Set the bread maker to BASIC mode, set the crust color for this bread to medium (A).

    The bread machine will bake our bread with cheese and sausage for 3 hours and 30 minutes.

    After baking, remove the loaf of cheese bread with sausage from the pan, place it on a wire rack or wooden board and let it cool completely.

    The resulting bread sagged a little on top, but this did not affect its taste in any way.

    The bread turns out incredibly tasty and very aromatic. Some of my family had already begun baking when the smell of sausage began to enter the kitchen more and more often.
