Everyone thinks that the “Russian Hulk” (as they call him in America) has such big hands because of the use of growth hormone, but no! In his paternal family, all his grandfathers and uncles had such hands, heredity in a word.

From one interview:
- The money that various types of “security officials” earn... can you live normally on it?
Denis Tsyplenkov: Of course not! The most offensive thing is that the athletes are helped not by the federation, but by kind people. Take the same powerlifting. There are countless versions in it: without doping control, with doping control, in “T-shirts”, without “T-shirts”, etc. Why is this being done? To improve athletes and earn more money from them. The athlete won and was given a medal and a chocolate bar. All! And the fact that he gave $500 for the opportunity to fulfill the standard?! 500-700 people come to the competition. Good business, I tell you. I love the bench press. I went to perform in Kursk. Fulfilled the MSMK standard. I received a crust, which, as it turned out, is not listed anywhere except this federation. Basically it's a piece of paper. At the international level, only one federation is recognized - the IPF. Everything else is commerce. In arm wrestling everything is more serious. We have one federation. Trips to “Europe” and “world” are paid for. The prize money, however, is also small. (The honest truth...)

Tsyplenkov's training cycle:
Off-season 5 times a week, season 3 times maximum training weights.
The best exercise for biceps, according to Denis, is a biceps curl while sitting with a barbell. E Z fingerboard.(So let's use it guys!)

About gaining muscle mass:

Gaining muscle mass depends on how many useful and nutritious microelements your body receives. The main thing is not how much you eat at one time, but how much will be absorbed by your body. For this reason, I recommend eating little but often 5-6 times a day. Any normal body knows how much food it needs and doesn’t ask for more; in order to recover and gain weight, you need to eat more, even if you don’t feel like it. This is why you need to use gainers as an addition to a normal diet. This applies to a normal body type. For people with a huge amount of fat, everything is completely different.
Gaining muscle mass is unthinkable without taking special gainers and proteins (protein).
My advice is to use gainers that are specially made to be absorbed by the body as quickly as possible. Of course, you can use protein, but with it everything is much more complicated. In order for protein to be absorbed, you need a lot of carbohydrates to break down the protein. Amino acids work very effectively, but do not replace a normal balanced diet. If it is not possible to use gainers, then you can use amino acids.
The best manufacturers in my experience are: BSN, SAN, MHP.

What to drink during training?

During training, you need to use isotonics, special substances created to instantly restore lost energy. The most common isotonics are PowerBar, Isostar, Sponser, Gatorade, MutiPower, Powerade. I strongly advise against consuming anything else during training.

Restoration of cartilage tissue and tendons - joints and ligaments.

Weight training (barbells and dumbbells) greatly affects the condition of cartilage tissue, it decreases. After training, to prevent joint and ligament pain, I recommend taking recovery medications. You can use drugs based on Glucosamine, you can prick Handrolone or preparations based on CISSUS. Dietary supplement CISSUS for the restoration of cartilage tissue and ligaments.
I strongly advise against consuming cheap sports nutrition; remember, there are many fakes and counterfeits on our market.

As you may have guessed, Tsyplenkov is a Master of Sports in the bench press and also a master of sports in powerlifting. Now the champion is developing his business. He dreams of moving to a house near the forest, where he builds himself a cozy house, but he doesn’t forget about training.

For the forearms, standard cable curls with heavy weights are ideal. According to the athlete, it should be suitable for anyone who is starting their journey in armwrestling or simply wants to strengthen their arms. According to Tsyplenkov, you should gradually reach heavy weights, and warming up is the key to a productive workout.

Hammers with dumbbells are effective for biceps. Another trick is that in addition to the biceps, the load falls perfectly on the forearms, making them more massive. To do this, you need to take large dumbbells in your hands and perform the movement perfectly. You need to do 3 sets of 16 repetitions. Sometimes Denis practices replacing dumbbells with weights.

Conclusion

This correct approach to life has made Denis a real champion and a bigger man in Russia, who actively defends his titles of big hands and strength.
