If the potatoes should be kept until cooked, then we take out the pepper as soon as the skin begins to peel off. Next, we clean it and cut it into pieces. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin and cut into any shape. Grind the onion and meat. Cut the butter into cubes and place it on a plate in the refrigerator. Next we need a saucepan. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. After it turns golden, add meat to it and fry until cooked. Salt the minced meat, add thyme, then add pepper and tomatoes. Mix everything. At the very end, add tomato paste, simmer for a few minutes and turn off the heat. Cover the saucepan with a lid and leave the filling to cool.

The potatoes are already ready by then. We clean it and grind it on a grater. Add flour to it (a glass of flour goes for one pie) and a teaspoon of salt. Add the egg and butter from the refrigerator to the potato mixture. Next, knead the potato dough with your hands. Roll it out into a layer of the required size and place it in the mold, covering the side surfaces. Place all the filling on top.

As a filling we use a mixture of two eggs and cream. Add nutmeg to the mixture and pour it onto the pie. At 200 degrees, the pie is cooked for at least thirty minutes. You can sprinkle the baked goods on top with grated cheese and place them in the oven for five minutes to get a beautiful crust.

  • carrot;
  • two large potatoes;

  5. Cut the bun into 2 parts. Stretch the first one on an oiled baking sheet and cover with filling. Place the second one on top. Seal the edges.

Bake the treat for about 45 minutes at 180°C.

Open meat pie

Ingredients for half a kilo of pork:

  • 230 g of potatoes and the same amount of first-grade flour;
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons eggs;
  • 45 g butter;
  • 2 sweet bell peppers;
  • coarse salt;
  • 2 onions;
  • 100 ml of fat milk and cream;
  • 4 tbsp. l. tomato paste.

Preparation:

  1. Fry chopped onion with meat and pepper.
  2. Prepare mashed potatoes using water from freshly boiled potatoes. Salt and add flour to it. Place the mixture into a large round pan.
  3. Spread the filling with the meat from the frying pan on top.
  4. Pour the pie with a mixture of tomato paste, salted dairy products and all the eggs.

Cover the pie with foil and bake at medium temperature for three quarters of an hour.

Puff pastries in the oven

Ingredients for 400 grams of minced meat from any meat:

  • 1 pack of store-bought dough;
  • ½ onion head;
  • 4 – 6 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 raw egg;
  • salt, aromatic herbs;
  • greenery.

Preparation:

  1. Fry the minced meat with onion, garlic and any chopped herbs (you can use either fresh or dried).
  2. Spread half of the rolled out dough on a baking sheet and place the filling on it, spreading it out neatly and evenly.
  3. Cover the pie with the second part of the dough and brush with beaten egg.

Bake for half an hour at 175°C.

Jellied pie

For 300 grams of chicken meat you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 potato;
  • ½ tsp. baking powder;
  • 7 tbsp. l. first-grade flour;
  • 9 tbsp. l. olive mayonnaise;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Grind the meat into small pieces and fry until cooked.
  3. For the dough, combine eggs with mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Add flour in portions.
  4. Pour one part of the flour mixture into the mold. Place potato slices and meat on top. Cover everything with the rest of the mixture.

Bake the pie for half an hour at 175°C.

With boiled meat

Ingredients:

  • 220 g each of butter and low-fat sour cream;
  • salt;
  • 1 large egg;
  • ½ tsp. quicklime soda;
  • 3 tbsp. first-grade flour;
  • 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
  • 1 kg lean veal;
  • 1 onion.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the meat until tender, fry the onion pieces until golden brown. Together, grind the food through a meat grinder.
  2. Melt the butter. Pour quicklime soda into the sour cream.
  3. Beat the whites with sugar until foamy. With the mixer running, pour in the yolks. Add butter and sour cream.
  4. Add flour to the mixture and knead the dough. Immediately roll out one part of it on oiled parchment and transfer it together with the paper to a large form. Place the meat and onions on top and cover them with the remaining dough. Pin the edges securely.

Bake the treat for 40 – 45 minutes at 185°C.

Meat pie with curd dough

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 tbsp. first-grade flour;
  • 250 g medium-fat cottage cheese;
  • ½ tsp. salt;
  • 3 large eggs;
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar;
  • 90 g butter;
  • 2 tsp. baking powder;
  • half a kilo of pork pulp;
  • 2 sour cucumbers;
  • 2 onions;
  • 40 g “Dutch” cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. l. refined oil.

Preparation:

  1. Grind the contents of raw eggs with sweet sand, cottage cheese and salt. Add softened butter fat.
  2. Add flour, sifted with baking powder, into the mixture and replace it with a soft, easy-to-work dough.
  3. Fry the meat with onion half rings for 7 - 8 minutes. Add grated sour cucumbers to hot foods. Add salt to taste and simmer over low heat for 6 - 8 minutes.
  4. Stretch half the dough on a baking sheet, cover with meat filling and shredded cheese. Cover with the second part of the mixture and seal the edges.

Bake the pie until golden brown for a little over half an hour.

Ossetian meat pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. wheat flour;
  • 1 kg lamb;
  • 1 tbsp. medium fat kefir;
  • 1/3 chili pod;
  • 20 grams of live yeast;
  • 1 tbsp. l. without a slide of sugar;
  • half a glass of meat broth and full-fat milk;
  • 1 medium egg;
  • garlic to taste;
  • 2.5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • large onion;
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped cilantro;
  • salt;
  • butter.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the dough by combining a pinch of flour, all the warmed milk and crumbled live yeast. Leave the mixture for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Add flour and cold kefir to the mixture, then beat in the contents of a raw egg, add a couple of pinches of coarse salt and pour in vegetable oil. The resulting dough should not stick too much to your fingers. It is left for an hour in the oven, preheated to a maximum of 30°C.
  3. Finely chop the meat and mix with chopped cilantro and salt. Add grated onion and chopped pepper into miniature pieces. Pour in the chilled broth.
  4. The specified amount of dough will make 3 pies. The filling is laid out on each layer of the base, after which its edges are fastened in the middle. Using a rolling pin, carefully roll out a thick flat cake with filling. Using a knife, any pattern is drawn on its surface that will allow steam to escape.

Ingredients for half a kilo of minced beef:

  • the same amount of puff pastry without yeast;
  • half the amount of cheese;
  • 2 onions and a bunch of green onions;
  • 2 large eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Fry the minced meat with white onion until cooked and add chopped cheese. Do not add salt, as there is enough salt in the cheese. Pour in the contents of 2 raw eggs and add chopped green onions.
  2. Roll out the dough into a long rectangular layer. Half of it should remain hanging over one side of the baking pan.
  3. Spread the filling on top, close the pie with the overhanging part of the dough and secure the ends.

Cook the baked goods at 185°C for just under half an hour.

Yeast pie with meat

Ingredients for half a kilo of pork:

  • 400 grams of kefir dough (yeast);
  • 2 onions;
  • 1/3 bunch of greenery;
  • 40 ml sunflower oil;
  • salt (sea) and pepper;
  • 1 yolk.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the pork until tender, chop finely and mix with diced onions fried in hot oil. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Form a pie from 2 parts of thinly rolled out kefir pie dough and fried filling.
  3. Brush it with beaten yolk with a little water and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake at 185°C for approximately 45 minutes.

Classic chicken pot in a hurry

Ingredients for a quarter kilo of chicken fillet:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 tbsp. classic mayonnaise;
  • a couple of pinches of fine salt;
  • 1 tbsp. filtered water;
  • 16th century l. first-grade flour;
  • 120 g raw champignons;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 potato;
  • salt and spices.

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with water and mayonnaise, add all other ingredients for the dough and knead it well.
  2. Coarsely grate the potatoes, finely chop the onion, and divide the chicken fillet into medium pieces. Peel the mushrooms and chop into thin slices.
  3. Pour the dough into the mold in two layers, between which place all the filling components. Sprinkle the latter with salt and spices.

Bake the treat at 185°C for about 40 minutes

“Lazy” pies

Ingredients:

  • half a kilo of store-bought puff pastry;
  • half a kilo of minced meat (pork);
  • salt;
  • 3 large eggs.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the eggs and chop into small cubes.
  2. Mix the minced meat with salt, fry until cooked and mix with pieces of eggs.
  3. Cut the rolled out dough into small squares and place the filling on each piece. Connect the edges of the dough so that the middle remains open in the form of “boats”.

Bake the pies for 20 minutes at 200°C in the oven.
