It seems to me that spaghetti with chicken in tomato sauce is simply impossible for anyone not to like. And if you have little time and need to prepare a quick dinner, this dish will come in handy. I present my adapted version of the dish, without reference to any cuisine.

We use chicken fillet to speed up the cooking process, but it can also be just chicken meat, which should be chopped into smaller pieces.

So, let's prepare the following products.

Cut the chicken fillet into convenient pieces and fry in vegetable oil.

Peel and chop the onion and bell pepper. Chop the garlic.

I’m not a big fan of frying everything in a frying pan, I cook it the way I’m used to - in a deep bowl, and you do it your way. Add sweet peppers and onions to the saucepan, fry everything a little until soft. The dish should be stirred periodically. Add salt to taste.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them. Add chopped tomatoes to the dish. Wait for the tomatoes to release their juice and fry for 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, basil, sugar and garlic here. Sugar is added to neutralize excess acid. Instead of tomato paste, you can take more tomatoes (4-5 pieces), in this case we do not add water. If there are not enough tomatoes, then pour in half a glass of water and boil for 5-7 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti as directed on the package, draining the water completely. I have this kind of spaghetti, with a hole inside)))

Place the boiled spaghetti on a plate and pour the resulting tomato sauce and chicken fillet on top. Serve immediately.

  3. Pour boiling water over ripe tomatoes and remove the skin. Cut the fruits into several pieces and grind in a blender until pureed and add to the frying pan.
  4. Pour in the broth, season with salt, sugar and simmer until done.

3. Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds, cut into cubes. Make a cross on the tomato. Place in boiling water for 30-40 seconds. Remove and place in cold water. Remove the skin and cut into small pieces.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes. The meat will become lighter in color.

5. Add onions and carrots to the chicken. Stir and fry for about 10 minutes over low heat.

6. Add flour. Stir quickly.
