I made them from excellent yeast dough with milk, which is prepared quickly and I recommend that you pay attention to it. These pies are very easy to prepare in the oven and always delight you with their taste - they are so appetizing that they disappear from the table with incredible speed. The potato filling makes them filling and nutritious, so these baked goods can be served for dinner with a portion of vegetable salad. You can also take them with you on the road, on a picnic or for a walk - these oven-baked pies remain soft, tender and appetizing for a long time.

Ingredients:

  • 300 - 350 g mashed potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • salt, pepper, seasonings
  • any greens
  • a little vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 raw egg for brushing

Cooking method

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling for the pies.

To do this, finely chop the onions and fry in vegetable oil until lightly browned. Next, add the fried onions to the mashed potatoes, add salt, pepper, seasonings and chopped herbs, mix everything until smooth.
