  1. Rinse the raisins. It must be filled with water while the dough is being prepared, and then dried.
  2. Turn on the oven to 180°C.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat with granulated sugar. The mass should become homogeneous. Add butter, sour cream, mix with a wooden spoon or mixer. Pour in the cognac.
  4. Mix flour, soda, add to the egg-sour cream mixture along with raisins, stir.
  5. Grease the pan, pour the dough and place in the oven. Remove after an hour, checking readiness with a match. A crack may appear in the middle - this is a common occurrence for such baked goods.
  6. Cool, decorate with powder.

Zebra

A delicate marble cake that always looks impressive on the table is very easy to prepare. You will need:

  • premium flour – 300 g;
  • granulated sugar – 200 g;
  • butter (soft) at room temperature – 250 g;
  • egg – 4 pcs.;

  • soda - tsp;

  1. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream.

How to bake a delicious cupcake at home using a recipe with sour cream and raisins

  1. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave to soften for half an hour. Then we wash it and pour it onto a towel to dry.

Step-by-step recipe for sour cream cake

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Beat the mass with any available means until smooth. All the sugar must disperse - this is important.

Add sour cream and vanilla seeds. Beat the mixture one more time to combine the ingredients.

Separately, sift together the flour and baking powder. Add to liquid foods. Stir until smooth.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to soften it. Beat butter with eggs and sugar. Add nutmeg, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Whisk again to combine.

Mix the powder and flour separately. Mix everything into the liquid mixture. The dough should be completely free of lumps - tender and homogeneous in structure.

Take a lot of silicone molds. Insert special pieces of paper into them - this is not necessary, but preferable. Place all the dough into the molds. Sprinkle each future cupcake generously with almond flakes. The dough will rise during baking, and some of the petals will be inside the crumb.

  • flour – 1 glass;
  • sugar – 2/3 cup;
  • sour cream – 1 glass;
  • drain butter – 100 g;
  • raisins – 50 g;
  • soda – 1 teaspoon;
  • vanillin – 1 teaspoon;
  • sah. powder;
  • salt – 1 pinch.

Melt butter any way you like. Be sure to leave some for greasing the baking dish. The raisins are carefully sorted, transferred to a bowl and poured with boiling water for 15 minutes. This is necessary for it to swell. After this, you need to rinse it with water and blot it with a paper towel or napkin to remove excess moisture.

Beat the eggs and sugar until a fluffy light yellow foam appears. Also visually check that the sugar crystals have completely melted. Add sour cream, cooled butter, a pinch of salt and vanillin.
