Stir, adding a little liquid (milk, water or yogurt) if necessary. Pour into the prepared pan and leave until the dough has doubled in size. Bake at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.

Special banana bread
Beat 100 grams of butter with 100 grams of sugar. Add 2 eggs while beating the dough. Mash 2 ripe bananas and add them to the dough. Sift together 50g corn flour, 150g fine rice flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tsp gluten-free baking powder, then add to the banana batter. Sift together 75g rice flour, 25g corn flour, 1/2 tsp gluten-free baking powder and 50g caster sugar. Rub in 50 grams of butter and mix with 1 small egg until the mixture is thick enough to resemble marzipan. Roll out thinly on a warm surface generously dusted with rice flour. Buckwheat flour - 15 g, eggs - 1 pc., sugar - 30 g, lemon zest - 2 g, butter - 5 g, crackers - 5 g, sour cream - 30 g, vanillin - 0.15 g.
Yield 70/35 g.

COMPOUND
1 cup buckwheat flour, 3~5 tbsp starch, 2 yolks, 1 tsp soda, 1 lemon, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 0.5 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup sweet and sour raisins or dried apricots, 3~6 tbsp kefir

Finely grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
Whisk the egg yolks with kefir and lemon juice, add buckwheat flour, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
Pour in vegetable oil, add zest and raisins, add powdered sugar and starch mixed with soda.

If desired, you can add spices - 1/4 teaspoon each of ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and white pepper. They will add a sharp taste to the cookies and highlight the buckwheat aroma.

Cornmeal Cookies Recipe
This original cookie recipe uses cornmeal. Grind 3 eggs with sugar (120 g), heat to 45°C and beat. Grind walnut kernels (175 g) into flour. Place 160 g of corn flour and nuts into the cooled egg mixture. Knead the dough and place it with a teaspoon on a greased baking sheet.

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and egg. Quickly stir the flour into the mixture (the mixture will be lumpy). Carefully add the berries.

2. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Remove muffins from pan and serve hot. Or cool on a wire rack and serve later. If desired, the muffins can be reheated.

Corn flour biscuit

Ingredients
- egg - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- corn flour - 1 cup
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
How to cook
Beat eggs and granulated sugar, add corn flour, add a spoonful of vegetable oil. Pour the mixture into a pre-greased mold, put apples and berries on top. Bake over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
