Free legal advice
8 800 350-23-69 ext. 456. At this number, you will be advised by an on-duty lawyer specializing in issues related to legal proceedings and legal debts.

In what cases can FSSP debts arise?

  • Traffic police of the Russian Federation (overdue fines)
  • Banks and banking organizations (mortgages and consumer loans)
  • Management companies (debts for housing and communal services)
  • Tax authorities (taxes and fees at various levels)
  • Non-payment of alimony

FSSP debtor risks being arrested, losing money in bank accounts and cards, losing a driver’s license and the ability to leave the country. Increasingly, FSSP debtors are being put on the federal wanted list and their property is being auctioned off.

How to check your FSSP debt

You can simply check your FSSP debt on the official website of the Federal Bailiff Service. In order to find out the FSSP debt in the simplest case, you will need to indicate your region of residence, last name, first name, patronymic and date of birth.

On the FSSP website you can also check the debt by the name of the enterprise for individual entrepreneurs (legal entities) and by the number of the enforcement proceedings if documents from bailiffs are received by mail.

Do you know about FSSP debts? and you can pay for them within 5 minutes by credit card on our website or by entering the data in the form below.

FSSP debt verification by last name

Checking FSSP debts by last name is the easiest way to find and pay debts to bailiffs. In order to find out the exact amount of debt you will need only 3 types of data:

  • Last name (also called full name)
  • Region of residence
  • Date of birth

Only by last name and this additional data will the official FSSP website be able to identify existing debt and offer online payment methods.

Almost 30 million Russian citizens now have FSSP debts. Most debtors to bailiffs may not know about the enforcement proceedings initiated against them. An outstanding housing and communal services debt, a bank loan or collection for alimony - all this can cause FSSP debts and all this can be found on the website by last name.

FSSP verification data bank of enforcement proceedings

Enforcement proceedings- this is the sum of all legal aspects and real actions of government bodies aimed at forcing individuals and legal entities to execute court decisions that have entered into force.

It is important to take into account the nuance. Enforcement proceedings are initiated at the moment the debt arises. Confusion often occurs, because administrative and criminal proceedings are initiated before the court makes specific decisions on the case.

The main thing to remember is that the initiation of enforcement proceedings by the FSSP automatically makes the party against whom it was initiated a debtor.

In other words, the FSSP debt and the initiated enforcement proceedings are one and the same phenomenon.

It’s easy to check the database of enforcement proceedings of the FSSP, as in the case of debts to bailiffs by last name, on the official website of bailiffs. You can also pay your debts on our website.

FSSP checking debts on traffic police fines

The main subtype of FSSP debts are debts for traffic police fines. The number of traffic cameras, the poor performance of the Russian postal service, and ignorance of the laws have an impact, as a result of which an ordinary fine is sent to bailiffs within 70 days.

However, it often happens that measures against the debtor fall asleep due to distortions in the work of the state system. For example, fines accumulate on a car, go to another address and gradually transfer to the FSSP. Due to their workload, bailiffs prefer not to pay attention to a minor offender and forget about him for a while.

A year passes, the traffic police accumulates a significant amount of overdue fines, and the FSSP begins to take effect. The mechanism can start at any moment, so if you have a personal car, you should check your FSSP debt at least once every 6 months.

FSSP debt verification of individuals

The main methods for checking FSSP debt for individuals were described above. As mentioned earlier, you can check your debts to the bailiffs on the official website of the FSSP.

Verification for individuals is carried out there by enforcement proceedings number and last name. In addition, today you can find out FSSP debts online by:

  • TIN number,
  • Number of the Enforcement Proceedings,
  • UIN number,
  • Passport number and series,
  • Data from SNILS.

Unpaid debts can cause a lot of unpleasant moments for their owners. A person does not even always know about the existence of debt. To avoid problems, you need to check the status of enforcement proceedings with the bailiff service. The information is open and available to any user.

Why check enforcement proceedings?

Bailiffs have a wide arsenal of tools to influence citizens who do not fulfill their obligations. Funds withheld from wages, money written off from accounts, a ban on leaving the country - this is just an incomplete list of troubles that debtors may face.

Various organizations that a person encounters in his life can also find out about the existence of enforcement proceedings from bailiffs and check the debt. For example, requests to the FSSP are sent by potential employers, credit organizations, and private lenders. The existence of debt negatively affects their decisions.

On the other hand, the debtor does not always know about being included in the database of the enforcement service. This may be due to objective reasons - change of place of residence, loss of mail, or to errors by bailiffs or contractors. There are known situations when claims were made against namesakes of real debtors, or obligations arose as a result of a technical failure. Therefore, even people who are confident that they have no debts should periodically check themselves in the FSSP database.

Checking enforcement proceedings is also useful for claimants. They can quickly compare the funds received with the data of the bailiffs and contact the service if there are any discrepancies.

Verification methods

There are two main methods of monitoring the conduct of enforcement proceedings - this is a direct appeal to the bailiff conducting the case and checking in the online service. The advantages of an electronic request are obvious:

  • fast speed of response;
  • no queues;
  • providing information to any user;
  • independence from the bailiff’s working hours;
  • optional knowledge of the data of the specialist handling the case.

But open information from the executive service database is quite limited. If more detailed information is required (for example, about all measures taken by the bailiffs to collect the debt), you must contact the bailiff directly.

The FSSP Bank of Enforcement Proceedings is located on the official website of the federal service at fssprus.ru/iss/ip. Access to information is also provided on the domains of territorial divisions, which look like r**.fssprus.ru/iss/ip (region number instead of asterisks). The service allows you not only to obtain information about the case, but also to pay debts if any.

Mobile phone owners can install the FSSP application, which provides similar services. The software allows you to subscribe to periodic receipt of information. Applications can be downloaded from the App Store, Google Play and Windows Phone. Constant provision of information is also possible through the “Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings” program, developed for the social networks “Vkontakte” and “Odnoklassniki”.

How to check debt on the bailiffs website

In order to use the service, you must select the desired section at the top of the search form. Open information provided by the resource contains enforcement proceedings of individuals and legal entities. In addition, on the bailiffs website, enforcement proceedings can be checked by case number. The user independently selects the desired section in the form.

Search for individuals

After selecting the “Search for individuals” item at the top of the verification form, the service will send the user to a page to enter information about the citizen for whom control is being carried out.

The first line is intended to select the region in which enforcement proceedings are being conducted. It opens at the place of residence (registration) of the defendant. If a person has recently moved, you should conduct a search at the old and new addresses, since data is not always transferred on time from one department to another. The last line - “All regions”, allows you to check all territorial departments of the bailiff service.

In the next four lines of the search form, information about the alleged debtor is entered. The citizen's first and last name are required. It is not necessary to enter the middle name and date of birth, but they allow you to exclude the affairs of people with the same first and last name.

After entering the information, click the “Find” button. The program will display a list of enforcement proceedings for a given person. To generate it, you must enter a verification code.

If a blank page comes out, it means that the citizen being checked has no debts.

Search for legal entities

The company is verified by name and location. In the first line, as when searching for citizens’ debts, you should select the region in which enforcement proceedings are being conducted. This is the subject of the Russian Federation in which the company is registered. Value - “All regions” displays search results for all territorial divisions of the FSSP.

A mandatory detail is the name of the organization. It should be introduced in accordance with the constituent documents. The legal address allows you to clarify information about the company, but this is not necessary information for searching.

Search by enforcement proceedings number

This is the most accurate and easiest way to find information. To obtain the necessary information, you must enter the enforcement case number. The disadvantage of this search method is the incomplete result. The service will provide information only for the specified number of enforcement proceedings, and will not provide a complete picture of the debts of the inspected entity.

Composition of information provided by the bailiff service

Information from the bank of enforcement proceedings contained in the public domain is limited and gives an idea of the amount of current debts. There are no details in the public information. For example, data on the total amount under the writ of execution and the amount of obligations already repaid. To obtain this information, you need to contact a bailiff or other resources.

Information provided by the bailiff service includes:

  1. Debtor details. For individuals - this is the last name, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth. For legal entities - name and legal address.
  2. Information about enforcement proceedings, namely the case number and the date of its opening.
  3. Document-basis of enforcement proceedings (IP):
    • Name;
    • issuing authority;
    • date of acceptance;
    • document number.
  4. Reason for closing the IP:
    • date;
    • under what article the case was terminated (according to the Federal Law “On Enforcement Proceedings”).

If production has not been discontinued, there is no information in this section.

  1. The reason (basis) for opening an individual entrepreneur.
  2. The amount of outstanding debt.
  3. Information about the bailiff in charge of the individual entrepreneur:
    • name and address of the unit;
    • contact phone number.

All information on enforcement proceedings in the search section is collected in a table. In addition to the specified information, there is a “Pay” button in the IP line. Clicking it transfers the user to the payment service.

Paying debts

The bailiffs website presents a large number of ways to pay off debt. You can pay your debt online from bank cards or from your phone account, as well as transfer money from an electronic wallet. Selecting the desired option will send the user to the payment system website. Automatic completion of the payment document allows you to complete the transfer in a matter of minutes.

For users who do not trust electronic services, the service provides the opportunity to generate a printed form of payment receipt. The paper document is presented by the payer to the bank or post office.

Good afternoon, dear reader.

As you know, not all motorists pay fines and transport taxes on time. And many people have questions, what will happen if you don’t pay the fine for a long time? Will this result in the imposition of a new fine or other penalties?

Today we'll talk about the bailiff service and about existing methods of dealing with debtors.

How long does it take for the fine to be handed over to the bailiffs?

On the next page, enter the verification code and then you will receive all the information on your debt. If there are no debts, then this will also be written.

How to pay a debt to bailiffs?

Paying debts to bailiffs is also a simple procedure. You can take the details and amount of debt from the bailiff service and pay off the debt at the nearest bank.

You can also pay off your debt via the Internet. If you have unpaid fines displayed in the previous paragraph, then you probably noticed that next to each fine there is a Pay button.

There are a lot of payment methods. This is payment by card, Webmoney, Qiwi, from a mobile phone account. Please note that a transaction fee may apply. In addition, the service allows you to generate a receipt for payment. You can print it out and pay at the bank.

Be careful when paying your debt online. Check all your data, otherwise you can pay off the debts of your namesake.

How do bailiffs collect debts?

The measures that a bailiff can take are described in the Federal Law "". There are quite a lot of these measures, so I will list only a few that are of greatest interest to debtors.

First of all, the FSSP employee offers to voluntarily repay the debt within 5 days. If the driver meets the specified time, he will not have to pay the execution fee:

The bailiff can also collect a fine from the debtor's salary. If you work officially, then it will not be difficult for the bailiffs to find you and collect the debt through the bank or management. Bailiffs can also seize a person’s property, money and securities. In particular, the bailiff can evict a person from their living space. But, of course, these are already extreme measures; the amount of debt and the period of non-payment in this case reach large values.

During the holiday season, many debtors wonder whether they might be prohibited from traveling abroad due to debts. In fact, bailiffs can do this too.

Restriction on travel abroad

The bailiff has the right to use such punishment as debtor's restriction on traveling abroad. In fact, this is a very effective measure. Agree, a person will not be very pleased if he is turned away at customs and the paid tour disappears. In this case, the travel agency will not return the money for the trip, since the trip was canceled due to the fault of the tourist.

Previously, the law did not say anything about the amount of the fine, after which the bailiff could impose a restriction on not leaving. And there were cases when people were not released due to a minimum fine of one hundred or three hundred rubles. The person might not even be aware that he is in default of payment. And he learned this unpleasant news only at the airport, realizing that he could say goodbye to his vacation.

Now the situation has improved. According to paragraph 1 of Article 67 of the Law “On Enforcement Proceedings”:

Article 67. Temporary restrictions on the debtor’s departure from the Russian Federation

1. If a debtor-citizen or a debtor who is an individual entrepreneur fails to fulfill, within the period established for voluntary execution, without good reason, the requirements contained in a writ of execution, the amount of debt for which exceeds ten thousand rubles, or a writ of execution of a non-property nature, issued on the basis of a judicial act or being a judicial act, the bailiff has the right, at the request of the claimant or on his own initiative, to issue a resolution on a temporary restriction on the debtor’s departure from the Russian Federation.

Those. You may not be allowed to go abroad only if the amount of debt exceeds 10,000 rubles. If your fines are less in total, then you can safely go on vacation.

Now another important question. How long after payment do bailiffs lift the ban on traveling abroad?? In fact, you need to take care of your debts at least a month before your trip. This is approximately the amount of time required to lift restrictions.

To be sure, after payment it is better to visit the bailiff and show him the payment receipts. The bailiff needs time to lift the travel restriction. This is not the fastest procedure. But a month should be enough. Perhaps in the future there will be terminals at airports through which you can pay off your debts and immediately go on vacation. So far, we have not encountered such devices.

Suspension of a driver's license

In addition to restricting travel abroad, bailiffs from January 15, 2016 can also... This penalty is imposed only if there is a debt exceeding 10,000 rubles. At the same time, the ban on driving vehicles is valid until the driver pays off the debt to the bailiffs.

Now you know how to check your debts with bailiffs and how to pay them. I advise you to pay your fines on time and not bring the matter to the point of exacting measures from the bailiffs. Then you will save your savings, and nothing will threaten your vacation.

Good luck on the roads!

If I understand correctly, the apartment is in common shared ownership and the rent was charged to the owners in proportion to their shares?

If you did not actually live in the apartment, then you must provide the management company with confirmation of this fact - for example, a certificate that you were registered at a different address at that time. In this case, you should be reimbursed for utilities (water, gas, electricity),

for everything else (heat, maintenance, repairs) you have to pay.

Alas, such is the bitter fate of the owner. Sell your share and you don't have to pay anything.

It is better to check the details and subtleties with a housing law lawyer, but it is very confusing.

There are some time limits. I'm afraid to make a mistake, but they seem to return it in half a year.

Svetlana:

1. In this case, you should contact the bailiffs to whom the money was transferred. They must return the overpayment.

2. Bailiffs can withhold debts from pensions, but not more than half of the pension. You should not withdraw money for your current debt, because... it is extinguished. They can withdraw money for future debts for the same apartment. You can sell or donate the specified part of the apartment, then future debts will not have anything to do with you.

Good luck on the roads!

Hello,

I owe 100 thousand for transport tax, but there is nothing on the bailiffs website. Will they let me out of the country? Thank you!

Irina, Hello.

It is better to call the bailiffs and find out if any restrictions are imposed on you.

Good luck on the roads!

CHRISTINA3333333

Hello! A notification about a court debt has arrived on the State Services portal. The bailiff is located in the Altai Territory, Barnaul, but I am registered at my place of residence in the Perm Territory, my place of birth is the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. I have never been to the Altai Territory. I have never had and never have any legal debts. As I understand it, the problem here is that there is a complete match of the full name and date of birth. How can I find out if this notice was sent to me by mistake or if I really have legal debt?

Christina, Hello.

In this case, you need to contact the bailiffs involved in this case. The easiest way would be to call.

Most likely there is an error, but the bailiffs need to report it. Otherwise, they can “get” to your accounts, cards, etc.

Good luck on the roads!

Shayirgul

Moscow, metro station Konkovo

Hello! I paid off the loan and after 3 days they called from the bank and said that the money had not been received. I went to the bank to find out where the money went. They said I can’t pay off the loan until I pay the fine. We printed out a collection report for an unpaid fine. At the moment I have in my hands the IP number and the amount that was detained for the debt. Please tell me what should I do now? Where should I go? I checked with the bailiffs about this fine. If I pay, will the delayed money be returned to pay off the loan or not? Thank you in advance!

Shayirgul, Hello.

For what reason did the bailiffs receive the fine? And why was it imposed?

Shayirgul

Maxim Good afternoon!

"Act on the case of an administrative offense from the State Treasury Institution of Moscow, Administrator of the Moscow parking space." This is the piece of paper they printed out for me. I have a car that I rent out. The driver did not pay the fine on time and did not warn me that there was a large fine (8500 rubles). Yesterday I paid all the fines except 2499 and 2500, which is hanging with the bailiffs. Since it hangs with the bailiffs and was detained for debt, I cannot decide this, or rather, how to pay and close the arrest. Thank you

Shayirgul, in this case, first of all, you need to resolve the issue with the bailiffs.

If possible, visit the bailiff department in person and pay the fines from them. After this, immediately ask to remove the seizure from the account associated with the loan. This will speed up the process.

Good luck on the roads!

Shayirgul

Maxim, Thank you!!!

What address can I contact? I live in the Konkovo metro station in Moscow.

I’ll write the results in the comments.

In this case, you need to find out which bailiff is handling your case. To do this, enter your data on the bailiffs website and click the “Find” button. After this, a sign will appear on the screen, in the last column of which the bailiff handling your case will be indicated. His phone number will also be listed there. You need to call the specified phone number and either find out the coordinates of the site, or resolve the issue directly over the phone.

Good luck on the roads!

Shayirgul

I found the coordinates and couldn’t get through, I’ll try again

Vasily-66

Good afternoon I missed the deadline for paying the fine and was almost 90 days overdue. During this time, as I understand it, the fine went to the bailiffs; of course, I found out about it late. I paid online, it seemed like the check arrived and everything was ok, and it even got to the bailiffs. BUT I just now realized, what document is important for the bailiffs? Payment or receipt?

Vasily, Hello.

What exactly do you want to achieve from the bailiffs?

Andrey-341

Hello! Can debts from enforcement proceedings become a reason for refusal to hire a contract?

Andrey, Hello.

Federal Law "On Military Duty and Military Service", Article 33:

A contract for military service cannot be concluded with citizens against whom a guilty verdict has been passed and who have been sentenced, in respect of whom an inquiry or preliminary investigation or criminal case has been carried out in respect of whom has been referred to court, with citizens who have an unexpunged or outstanding criminal record for commission of a crime by those serving a sentence of imprisonment, as well as with citizens subjected to administrative punishment for the consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances, until the end of the period during which the person is considered subject to administrative punishment. The contract cannot be concluded with citizens who have been deprived for a certain period of time by a court decision that has entered into legal force of the right to occupy military positions during the specified period.

This law does not talk about debts, so they should not be the reason for refusal.

Good luck on the roads!

I can’t find myself in the database of enforcement proceedings regarding alimony debt

Hello

Due to a tax mistake, I have a large debt.

We spent a whole year proving to the tax authorities that we had no debts, but the claim from the bailiffs kept growing and growing

My car was seized, 50% of my pension was deducted and I live on 4,000 rubles a month, I can’t even get a job

Ultimately, the tax office agreed to withdraw the claim, although 7 days have passed and the claim still hangs

Well, okay, I hope the lawsuit will be withdrawn, but who will return my pension?

Hello.

Why did the fine received in the Nizhny Novgorod region go to the bailiffs in the Odintsovo district, although I am registered and live in Lyubertsy?

I don’t have the opportunity to go with my child to the Odintsovo district to find out why money was written off from my account without the slightest warning (I didn’t receive any letters about enforcement proceedings, so I couldn’t take any measures) for a fine paid several months ago. and it’s absolutely impossible to get through to that department, their phones simply don’t answer..

Dmitry-354

Hello dear Lawyers! Please tell me what to do?

Situation: A fine was imposed in November 2016 by the traffic police in the amount of 30,000 thousand rubles. paid ON TIME, but the receipt was not immediately taken away by the court. bailiff. In December 2017, the court. The bailiff put Orestes on the card, then I went to the bailiff and gave the receipt, and Orestes was removed. In February 2018, my salary arrived (pay slip) in which they withheld 23,000 rubles from me for the same fine. How to return money? And stop the proceedings against me by the Bailiff? Thanks in advance.

Love, Hello.

In this case, you need to contact the bailiffs to return the illegally seized funds.

Good luck on the roads!

Dmitry, Hello.

In this case, you need to contact the bailiff who is handling the specified case. First, he must terminate the proceedings. Secondly, he will tell you where to write an application for a refund.

Good luck on the roads!

Konstantin-75

Hello. I can’t understand how there are only 3 fines left, two for 2015 and one for 2016... the bailiffs have nothing against me. There are no restrictions on leaving the Russian Federation either. Where did it all go? So I can safely take a ticket abroad?

Konstantin, Hello.

As far as I understand, you previously violated the rules and did not pay fines for these violations. Now the fines have disappeared somewhere. It is quite possible that fines will also appear unexpectedly. Immediately after this, travel restrictions may be imposed. Whether this will happen or not, I don’t know.

Good luck on the roads!

Valentna

I recently checked my fines on the traffic police website and discovered that I had a tax debt for 2016 in the amount of 4 thousand, for which I did not know. (I did not receive any notices) And then I found out that traffic police fines have a statute of limitations of 2 years. More than 2 years have passed. Now can I not pay the fine?

Valentna, tax arrears or fines?

If regarding fines, please indicate the exact dates of the decisions.

Anastasia-71

Hello! There is arrears of property taxes. If you pay it off, will the debt from the bailiffs also disappear or are these two different things?

Debt from bailiffs is twice as much as tax

Anastasia, Hello.

If we are talking about the same tax for the same period, then you only need to pay it once. I don’t know why different amounts are indicated in different places. Please contact your tax office for advice on this matter.

Good luck on the roads!

Hello. According to the new law, which was signed by Vladimir Putin in September 2017, they are released abroad if the debt is no more than 30 thousand, and not 10 thousand rubles as before? When applying for a foreign passport, can a debt of 15,000 rubles affect its registration and refusal to issue it?

2. The presence of debts does not affect the issuance of a foreign passport.

Good luck on the roads!

What is the statute of limitations for administrative fines for ticketless travel on public transport in Moscow? And on the basis of what acts is this deadline?

Irina, Hello.

The statute of limitations under the Moscow Code of Administrative Offenses is 2 years, which coincides with the statute of limitations under the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. This is stated in Article 16.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Moscow.

Good luck on the roads!

Living today with debts is very problematic: bailiffs will not give you peace if you have unpaid loans, administrative fines, taxes, alimony and other debts. On any day, after the initiation of enforcement proceedings, they can come to your home or work, accompanied by police officers, seize bank accounts or property, stop you on the road and seize your car to pay off a debt, ruin your vacation by imposing a travel ban outside of Russia...
How to find out your debt from bailiffs, how to quickly pay it and live in peace?
We will help you in timely receipt of information about existing debts and their payment!

Enforcement proceedings

The bailiff initiates enforcement proceedings on the basis of a writ of execution at the request of the claimant. In some cases, enforcement proceedings are initiated on the basis of a judicial act (court order), acts of other bodies and officials in cases of administrative offenses. The bailiff sends the debtor an order to initiate proceedings. The resolution provides the debtor with a period for voluntary repayment of the debt. As a general rule, the period for voluntary execution is five days from the date the debtor receives the order to initiate enforcement proceedings. After this period has expired, the bailiff resorts to measures of forced collection of the debt owed by the debtor. The measures that, in accordance with the law, bailiffs can use to collect debt are quite varied.

    It could be:
  • seizure of the debtor's bank accounts and debiting funds from them;
  • arrest of the debtor's property, foreclosure on it with subsequent sale;
  • restriction of the right to leave the country;
  • temporary revocation of a driver's license;
  • initiation of a criminal case for malicious failure to comply with a court decision.

In general, the consequences for a debtor who does not repay the debt during enforcement proceedings are extremely unpleasant.
Imagine the situation: you have gathered with your whole family to relax abroad, and when going through passport control at the border of the Russian Federation, you were denied travel outside Russia, because there are unpaid debts to bailiffs that you did not even suspect (for example, fines for traffic violations that were not paid on time ). The family will go on vacation, and you will stay? Or, on the contrary, will everyone refuse to rest? Tickets, hotels, excursions, transfers, etc. - everything will be lost, the money will be wasted, and the vacation will definitely be ruined. This situation is quite common and very unpleasant.
We recommend taking care of yourself and your loved ones in advance.
Checking the debt to the bailiffs is a necessary procedure that will not take much time, but will subsequently save a lot of nerves.

How to find out and pay debt under enforcement proceedings?

    There are several ways:
  1. Difficult: you can personally visit the department (division) of bailiffs located in your city or region. If it turns out that there is a debt or a fine, you will be given a receipt, for payment of which you will need to contact the bank. The money paid according to the receipt will be credited to the deposit account of the department (division) of bailiffs, and then transferred to the recoverer. This whole procedure will take quite a lot of time.
  2. Simple: you can find out the debt to bailiffs on our website - use the service “Check the debt with the bailiffs”, - the easiest and most convenient way! The service allows you to find up-to-date information (we receive it directly from the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation) about debts to bailiffs by last name, first name, patronymic and date of birth. By filling out this information in the form, you will receive information about your existing debt.

After which you may need to enter a captcha - in the field, enter the characters shown in the picture.

Now we can get information about debts.

The system may display a window with the message: “Nothing was found for your request.” There is no need to fill out the form again and refresh the page, because this means that you have no debts or the court decision has not yet been updated on the site or has not entered into force.

If they find debts based on your last name, the following window will appear:

So, now the following information is available to you:
